Shipping Policy :

  • strives to give you the power to order and receive products at a place most convenient to you. Normally we take 4 to 6 weeks time to deliver any order at client's doorstep including the time of making the item. However, in some cases if the mould becomes outdated or due to any internal/mechanical/artistic change, the making time may get affected/delayed, we will inform the client. Sometimes, custom clearance also results delay delivery.

  • When an order is placed, we send a mail immediately confirming your order, followed by another mail informing you of dispatch and shipping note number.

  • In the event that the customs authorities in the customer's country of residence, levy any charges on an incoming parcel, these charges are to be borne by the customer, and are not included in the price and shipping charges of the product as displayed on the site. 

  • All orders are shipped by courier. In case the delivery within India we use the services of TNT and for delivery outside India we use the services of DHL & UPS. If services of our courier company are not available for any delivery location, the orders are shipped by Indian Speed Post. 

  • For bulk orders we will ship on unrestricted open L/C term. Please email us for this kind of requirement.

  • The client pay shipping charges approximately the same as the actual shipping charges we pay for Airborne Exp for shipping your orders. We work on principles of no profit no loss on shipping charges. Our shipping rate structure has been designed by analyzing past data on real shipping charges paid to the courier companies for every item in its packaged form (volumetric weight). The shipping rate structure therefore reflects volumetric weight of individual items in packaged form and its corresponding courier-shipping rate.

  • reserves the right to refuse any order if it believes that it is fraudulent or is suspicious in nature. At the time of registration, please provide complete information including full addresses, e-mail address and phone numbers. 

  • All crafts on our site are originals, crafted by traditional artists with skills handed down through generations. All works are sourced by us from the craftsmen spread across villages and towns across Indian subcontinent. This policy of ours, eliminates middlemen and encourages the artisans and offer you artifacts at most reasonable prices. None of the artifacts are antiques. Export of antiques is banned by Government of India i.e. products over 100 years old.

How to Order - Step by Step Information :

Step1: Product Detail Page:

  1. Select the product, which you want to buy, by clicking on the 'Order' button. 

  2. A shopping cart page will appear giving all the product information (Item Id, Item Description, Item Quantity and Item Price).

  3. In case you want to add more items in your shopping cart, click on 'Back button' of your browser or 'Continue Shopping' button at the shopping cart page . Your information will remain stored in the shopping cart. 

  4. After selecting all the products, a cart page showing all the relevant information pertaining to your order, will appear. 

  5. In case, a certain item needs to be removed from your shopping cart, simply click on the 'Remove' button appearing on the left side of the product, on the shopping cart screen. 

Return Policy 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. are committed to the provision of high quality products. We believe that our customer’s transactions with us must result in a pleasant, convenient and satisfying shopping experience.

We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our products that we offer you a ten day return guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with our product for orders placed through our web site. Yes, if you are not fully satisfied with our product for whatsoever reason, you can return the product within 4 days of its receipt. 

Only you will have to pay the international return shipping and insurance charges. The returned product should be in its original and unused condition and repacked in the same packing in which it was supplied. It should be accompanied by all the original documents like Invoice, Guarantee Certificate etc.
The products which are ready in stock as displayed at our pages at the time of placing of order, qualify for this return. Any product made to special order or which were not in ready stock at the time of placing the order do not qualify for returns.

Step 2 Shipping Information:

Step 3 Payment:

  1. The screen displays confirmation page showing the total order value inclusive of shipping charges depending on the region from where the order is placed.

  2. You are required to fill in your credit card details in the displayed form. In case your credit card billing and shipping address are the same, simply tick on the check box or else give you billing address and click “Continue” button once.

Step 4 Review:

  1. Review your shipping details , Click SEND ORDER 

Step 5 Confirmation:

  1. As soon as your card is processed, you will see a “Thank You Page” .
